The personal data provided through the submission of the CV via this form will be processed solely for the management of your application in current recruitment processes, in order to assess your professional profile and, if applicable, contact you for interviews or other actions related to such processes.
The processing of your data is based on the implementation, at the request of the data subject, of pre-contractual measures in accordance with Article 6.1.b) GDPR. The requested data are necessary to participate in the selection processes. If not provided, your application cannot be evaluated. The data will be processed with appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure their security and confidentiality.
No data transfers to third parties are foreseen, except in case of legal obligation. No international data transfers are foreseen. No automated decisions or profiling will be carried out with the provided data.
The data will be kept while the selection process is open and, in any case, for a maximum period of 12 months from the end of the process, unless you consent to their processing for future processes (Article 6.1.a) GDPR). In that case, your data will be retained for a maximum period of 24 months, unless you revoke your consent before the end of that period. You may revoke your consent at any time by sending an email to the address provided with the subject “CV Processing Opt-out”
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, and data portability by sending a request to proteccion.datos@sica.es. Likewise, you have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) if you disagree with the processing.
