The team of people that compose each of the areas that we can observe in the organization chart, are characterized by highly qualified professionals who develop their work through teamwork, since in SICA there are no independent positions but that each of the jobs would not be possible without the collaboration of other departments.
SICA's success is based on the construction of synergies of knowledge provided by our staff, the profiles of the people that make up our organization are computer engineers, industrial engineers, mathematicians, programmers, electrical technicians and economists. For us it is very important the interdependence between the stands and the communication between them, because we work in big projects where we need to create the maximum added value for our clients and we achieve it through the effort of each one of the components of the company.
It is worth highlighting the agreement that we have with universities, which involves not only the incorporation of new professionals into the company, but also the collaboration of academics, with extensive experience in SICA's fields of activity, in many of the projects.
