As a software development and engineering services company, the scope of our quality management system is the design, development, assembly, installation, commissioning and maintenance of computer applications and systems for the control of electrical installations.

The Prevention Policy of SICA S.A. consists of a series of principles and commitments that promote the continuous improvement of safety and health conditions within the company, as an element of quality.

To this end, we have adopted the principle of permanent improvement of preventive action, which includes, among others, prevention and health protection activities, emergency response, adaptation of work to the individual, selection of work equipment and products, coordination between companies and other obligations included in the prevention regulations.

Our commitment is to protect the safety and health of all our employees, with the conviction that occupational accidents and diseases can and should be avoided. Accidents at work or any injury caused in the workplace are, fundamentally, management failures and, therefore, can be avoided by means of appropriate management that allows measures to be taken to identify, evaluate and control possible risks.

The Company promotes and establishes the means necessary for the communication of deficiencies and/or suggestions for improvement to be analysed and, if possible, applied. The spirit of participation, innovation and continuous improvement is fundamental for the future of our Company.
