Quality

The SICA Quality Manual is perfectly defined. In 2003, Bureau Veritas was awarded a management quality certificate under the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 standard.

The client is our priority and therefore we have two main principles:

  • Quality and minimization of costs.
  • Periodic reviews of the System to ensure that their needs are met and that a professional relationship continues.

All relations with the client are made under the monitoring of some rules, with the aim of a continuous improvement of the quality.

We always work for the client, following well-defined Quality Standards that govern the actions of the company and its workers.
