SICA's actions are governed by standards and principles clearly defined in the Quality Manual. This manual is intended to describe the quality policy, organization, responsibilities and general lines of action of SICA, S. A.
SICA's Quality Management System affects all the people that make up the company and is applied to the design, development, installation, start-up, maintenance of computer applications and systems for the control of electrical installations.
At SICA, we believe in quality and continuous improvement and for this reason we have considered it necessary to guarantee our commitment to quality management through the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2008 Standard. We have been accredited to this standard since 2003 through the certification company Bureau Veritas.
Due to the importance of the customer for SICA, all actions carried out always revolve around the customer. Within the Quality Manual we highlight two basic and essential aspects of our relationship with customers:
To achieve all this, it is necessary to continue with the improvement in all areas of action, which implies an involvement by the whole company and its most important asset, employees. Likewise, these workers act under a code of ethics in their relations with customers, their co-workers and their own identity.
But not only the employee is responsible for quality compliance, but the management takes an active stance in the continuous improvement of quality and directs its action towards it.
The Quality Standards govern many other actions of the company such as resource management, service provision, measurement, analysis and improvement, description of the interaction of processes, etc... but without forgetting, at no time, that you always work for the customer.
